Since Lelo’s Mona 2 is my favourite vibrator (it’s worth every goddamn penny – trust me), we here at Cliterati thought you might be interested in hearing that Lelo has a second version of two other toys set to launch today, August 13th.

Yes, since the Gigi 2 and Liv 2 now come with more vibration patterns than ever before, as well as 100% more power (improved battery life provides up to 4 hours of play after only 2 hours of charging time), you can easily double your pleasure and double your fun with these exceptional Lelo classics. The two toys are also 100% waterproof, which means that you can get creative and take your pleasure to the shower, bath, and beyond!

So who’s the Gigi 2 for? According to Lelo, it’s for “Anyone that craves amazing G-Spot stimulation. Lelo’s Gigi is famous for its flattened tip that gives an intensifying G-spot effect, which can also be turned to offer exceptional clitoral stimulation. It’s two vibrators in one!”

So far so good, but what about the Liv 2? Well, Lelo claim that “styled into a beautiful curve to hit all the erogenous zones & magnify your orgasms, Liv has long been known as one of the experts’ go-to vibrators. Its classic shape and medium-size immediately appeals to the first time buyer, yet countless positive reviews ensure experienced customers will ask for Liv by name.”

You can expect to read honest reviews of both the Gigi 2 and Liv 2 on Cliterati soon, although we can already vouch for the impressiveness of Lelo’s 1 Year Warranty and 10 Year Quality Guarantee. In the meantime, I’ve already mentally selected the colours I want, so tell me Lelo, where do I sign?!

Since I started having problems with my original Gigi under warranty, I’ve actually had 2 new ones sent to me. I returned the first replacement because the battery started running out (the vibrations becoming so weak as to be useless) after half an hour. After a lot of correspondence, they asked me to send that one back to the factory in China for testing, and they eventually sent a Gigi 2 in replacement.

However I find that this one’s battery life is no better than the first replacement, and both are much worse than my original Gigi, which easily lasted over 2 hours at full strength (until it suddenly stopped working properly).

So I no longer have faith in Lelo products.

  • Well, I own a lot of Lelo sex toys, and I’ve only had one that broke on me. It was the Soraya rabbit vibrator and the gold paint flaked off. Can’t say I was very happy, especially considering it’s a $200+ toy. But Lelo was very happy to send a replacement which I was happy with. That’s the best thing about companies like Lelo – the have the best customer service.
