Come walk the plank, sea tease amd draw your pencils over pirate booty. We have cabaret, burlesque and music to wet the appetite and they'll be no fish out of water in this aquatic art class with a twist. Dr Sketchy's Brighton are in it at the deep end this time!

We are delighted to announce Dr Sketchy's will be creating waves at The Brighton Sea Life Centre as part of the infamous Brighton Fringe Festival 2008. Set sail with Dr Sketchy's and say farewell to land, it's time for a life drawn on the ocean waves. Class starts at 8pm - Do not be late sea dawgs. Pads, pencils & provisions are on hand as well as fun & games to create masterpieces worthy of prizes!

Miss Fountain & Hootchy Cootchy have the honour of presenting this marvellous & internationally infectious event.

For those who haven't been to one of our events before, imagine an art class for adults. No teacher telling you no drinking in class. Here's what we got up to at our last class... Art, strip tease, cocktails, games, performance, live piano/ukulele music, DJs...

Sup on Cava & Cake, peruse the Vintage & Burlesque Clothing rails, take in the living art, the moving wallpaper, then sit down and enjoy the show, drink in the atmosphere and the cocktails...

Brighton Sea Life Centre holds 150 marine species where you can discover the enchanting world of the tropical reef. Its truly a show piece of Victorian splendour and as the oldest operating aquarium in the world is considered to be the best.

Treasure maps will help you navigate around the whole of The Sea Life Centre and they'll be sights a plenty - our star attractions alongside theirs (giant turtles, sharks and jellyfish will all play staring roles in Dr Sketchy's acquatic poses)

So come see the Octopuss's Garden in the Shade. Rest those peg legs as anchors are dropped and sea shanties are sung.
