Not all women come vaginally and many many women don't come through penetrative sex so it sounds like you've got a lucky group of friends. If you can achieve clitoral orgasms then we'd recommend trying some sexual positions that stimulate your clitoris. Going on top and grinding your clitoris against him whilst you're having sex can have great effect. Lying on your front with a pillow between your legs whilst he thrusts from behind can also be stimulating.There's nothing to stop you masturbating whilst you're having sex either. Doggy style makes this quite easy (and has the added advantage of being one of the best positions for stimulating your G-spot - if you have one - and leaving his hands free to play with your breasts.)

You can also try getting right to the edge of orgasm, either through masturbation or from him performing oral sex on you, then stopping and going straight into sex.
