I don't know how to masturbate

I have being sleeping with my boyfriend for the past 10 months and I still haven't orgasmed. To begin with, he didn't even know where the clitoris was. I now think it is about time I masturbated, but I don't know how, what can I do? I thought it would be a good idea so that then I can go back to him with hints and tips. I just want to show him that he can give me sexual satisfaction - plus he is my first and I want to know what an orgasm feels like. I feel guilty. Please help

Don't feel guilty at all. Many women have difficulties achieving orgasm so you're by no means unusual. To masturbate, first of all prepare the scene. Make sure you're not going to be disturbed so that you can relax. Settle yourself down in comfortable surroundings and unplug the phone so you won't be disturbed (this isn't necessary but does stop you being interrupted half way through so you can just focus on your own pleasure).Think some sexy thoughts to get your mind into it. Some women find it easier if they've got some additional material to turn them on, be it an erotic story or novel or even a pornographic magazine.Stroke your body, touching your erogenous zones. You may want to pinch your nipples, stroke your neck or rub your thighs.Put your hand between your legs and stroke your clitoris and vaginal lips. All women are different so there are no set rules - just do what feels good. You may want to put one or more fingers inside you. You may just want to focus on the clitoris. Do what you enjoy. You're right that by find more out about your own body, you'll be able to have better sex. You can also masturbate whilst you're having sex. If you're going to do this, the easiest positions are doggy style (you on all fours, him behind you) or lying on your front or side with him behid you.Masturbation is great fun - have fun finding out about your body. Good luck.
