Sex toy reviews: Pjur Eros Fun Foam

Lube is always a good thing to have around. Whether you're using it to make masturbation easier (with or without a toy), adding some spice to a hand job or helping ease the way for sex or anal sex, it always comes in useful. So when Eros sent us some of their 'Fun Foam' water-based lube to try, we were happy to oblige.

Water-based foam is obviously essential as oil-based lubes damage condoms. But rather than the normal liquid or gel formulation, 'Fun Foam' is more like hair mousse in texture. You need to shake the cannister before you spray the foam out which can be a bit of a pain but the foam feels nice when you put it on. At first, it can be hard to judge how much to use but a small dollop seemed to do the trick. Unlike some lubes, this one didn't irritate and wasn't annoyingly sticky on the skin afterwards (although you should give the can a wipe if you get any on there.)Fun Foam made a nice alternative to the usual lubes. My bloke complained that it smelled unpleasant but I thought it was fine - barely noticeable - so it's clearly a matter of taste. Give it a go - it's both an interesting novelty and a good lube.Eros Fun Foam is available priced £14.99 from Eros
